The arts and education center is multi-use space which encompasses three different programs. Uniquely You, Music and Movement, and Guiding Light Grief Support. We also rent out our event space for birthdays, baby showers, trainings, or meetings.
Uniquely You
Uniquely You is an indoor sensory play group for children, parents, home visitors, RBT's and professionals. This space offers a safe, friendly and educational environment. Designed with children with unique abilities (ex. autism, 504 plans, IEP's, diagnosed or suspected). Every Wednesday of the month for children birth-Elementary aged from 3:45-5:00p.m. Every Thursday of the month for middle school aged children from 3:45-5:00 p.m.
Music and Movement
More than just play, Music & Movement is important in your child’s development. In each session you and your child will target an area in their development to work on. Cognitive development, social skills, fine and gross motor skills are all areas that are promoted and enhanced. The benefits of Music & Movement don't stop there; they also play a role in the physical and emotional well-being and encourage children to express themselves creatively. Guiding Light Grief Support Group
Guiding Light is a Peer-Led Grief Support Group that provides hope, healing and connecting with others while walking through grief together. This group is unique, bereaved adults meet with a Peer- Host, while children affected by the loss work with a Peer Support Specialist through various crafts & activities that promote healing.
